TROUBLESHOOTING
These pages have been designed to be viewed on a screen set to 800 x 600, in Internet Explorer 5.X or better, with Frames and Graphics enabled. You can reset your screen size by changing your display properties.

If no graphics are visible, you can enable graphics in your browser.

If the text is too big or you have to scroll sideways on the student picture selection screen to see the pictures, you may have to reset your FONTS.

If you are using Netscape Navigator or a proprietary browser like AOL and some graphics are not visible or the format doesn't look right, you can download Internet Explorer and view this page with IE6. Instructions for download are available at the download sites. After you download and install IE6, open your Browser as usual, then open Internet Explorer and navigate to this site. If IE6 asks if you want it to be your default Browser and you want to keep your current configuration, click "NO" in the dialog box.

If you think you have a computer virus, try Trend Micro's on-line virus detector.
